Birds chatting; gray skies.
The cusp of rain & fat worms.
White noise of traffic
And rumbling of truck struts.
Rush of wind and cheerless skies.

The morning birds serenade under an ash coloured sky.
The crows respond in a course reply.
Listening deeply you can hear the fluttering of wings…
And the sounds of life in the nearby trees.
The sounds of cars in the distance
And the hiss of bustling traffic
In the far off distance.
The quietude is filled with
Life and sound to those
Who listen deeply to
The rippling stillness.
